Admin of the brand Milwaukee - please help!
Milwaukee is already registered on Amazon Brand Registry, you can reach out to the Admin of the brand to add you as a user.
I contacted seller support and they just tell me I have to wait for the apply to sell button comes up or contact Admin of the brand to add as our company as a user, but how to contact Admin of the brand Milwaukee.
My account health is 1000, i do not have any infringements or issues on my account. I already applied to sell the brand and was approved by Amazon.

Are you an authorized BY MILWAUKEE to sell their products? Then you should be able to easily figure out how to contact the Admin; just ask your sales or account rep, or use the contact information that is on your Letter of Authorization or other contract you have with Milwaukee.

Hello @Seller_dkDXPcTDnqASz,
My name is Dougal from the Community manager Team and I will be happy to help. Unfortunately Seller Support is correct, their are only 2 ways to obtain approval to sell a brand that is enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry and that is to have the administrator of the brand add authorization to your selling account or for you. OR, to submit a selling application for the brand and provide all the relevant info, including a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand owner as @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw mentioned to be granted access.
Since you mentioned you already have been approved to sell the brand via a selling application, can you provide that case ID here?
Another note, Selling benefits for a brand are different than protection roles for a brand (both of which are managed by the Brands administrator, not Amazon). I state this as I am curious what the issue is that you are having. Is it that you cannot list any product under the brand or cannot log into Brand Registry to report a violation?
Looking forward to assisting wherever I am able.
Best, Dougal

1. That's why I'm looking for a brand administrator to add authorization to our sales account or for us.
2. This was done 6 months ago. I can't open a new case because Amazon isn't accepting applications right now.

Hi @Seller_dkDXPcTDnqASz,
Do you have the case ID from 6 months ago when you were authorized?
Apologies I did not elaborate further on the administrator role. The Brand Administrator is either the Brand Owner themselves or who they assign to manage the brand (this is NOT an Amazon role/function). You need to work with the brand itself to be granted selling benefits for their brand.
The Manage selling roles and brand benefits help page, may help explain this a little better.
The permission to sell a brand resides with the brand owner.
I hope this provides a bit more clarity, but please let me know if you have any other questions.

The Manage selling roles and brand benefits help page, may help explain this a little better.- Admin of the brand Milwaukee only can do it.

I managed to contact Milwaukee, they told me that they have nothing to do with this on Amazon.
Also, I managed to find out that it was Amazon that imposed restrictions, but there is no information.

Hello @Seller_dkDXPcTDnqASz,
For the administrator of the brand to add a selling role to your account, yes that is the only way for Milwaukee to do it. I should also note that if they are also a Vendor on Amazon, they can probably contact their Vendor Manager for assistance. This is out of my scope though as I work with Sellers only.
As mentioned in my first response, the other way to obtain approval to sell the brand is to submit a selling application via Seller Central requesting to sell the brand. You can find the step by step process in the Apply to sell a product, category, or brand Seller University video.
Please note that you will need to include an Letter of Authorization(LOA), so please review the linked help page to ensure you have everything needed and in the appropriate format.
Best of luck and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I contacted Milwaukee, they say they did nothing and no one did anything so that we could not sell it. They also do not know what the problem is, and on Amazon no one knows anything either, there is no support.
Seller_dkDXPcTDnqASz
There is no way to send LOA these or any other documents as applications are not accepted . Although other sellers were able to solve this problem. We sold this Milwaukee for hundreds of thousands, they simply decided to remove us because we were the best and we had the best prices, and there was not a single complaint.

Hi @Seller_dkDXPcTDnqASz,
I am sorry to read that this is still an issue for you. Brands are managed by the brand owners sometimes that is a Seller and sometimes that is a Vendor, but in either case, that brand owner is who will grant or provide access either directly or indirectly.
As I mentioned in my last response, the way to provide your LOA is via the Selling Application process and I encourage you to review the Apply to sell a product, category, or brand Seller University video as it provides step by step instructions on how to upload your LOA to the application.
Best of luck on your next application and please let me know if you have further questions.
