Admin of the brand Milwaukee - please help!
Milwaukee is already registered on Amazon Brand Registry, you can reach out to the Admin of the brand to add you as a user.
I contacted seller support and they just tell me I have to wait for the apply to sell button comes up or contact Admin of the brand to add as our company as a user, but how to contact Admin of the brand Milwaukee.
My account health is 1000, i do not have any infringements or issues on my account. I already applied to sell the brand and was approved by Amazon.

Are you an authorized BY MILWAUKEE to sell their products? Then you should be able to easily figure out how to contact the Admin; just ask your sales or account rep, or use the contact information that is on your Letter of Authorization or other contract you have with Milwaukee.

My name is Dougal from the Community manager Team and I will be happy to help. Unfortunately Seller Support is correct, their are only 2 ways to obtain approval to sell a brand that is enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry and that is to have the administrator of the brand add authorization to your selling account or for you. OR, to submit a selling application for the brand and provide all the relevant info, including a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand owner as @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw mentioned to be granted access.
Since you mentioned you already have been approved to sell the brand via a selling application, can you provide that case ID here?
Another note, Selling benefits for a brand are different than protection roles for a brand (both of which are managed by the Brands administrator, not Amazon). I state this as I am curious what the issue is that you are having. Is it that you cannot list any product under the brand or cannot log into Brand Registry to report a violation?

Thank you for contacting us. We do not know exactly what you meant since no authorized Milwaukee distributor is allowed to sell on any marketplaces except eBay. That is Milwaukee's policy

While it may be true that the specific supplier you are working with may not be able to see or fix the issue, the fact remains that Milwaukee is a Brand enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry and only they can allow your selling account the appropriate access and role to sell their product on Amazon.
I cannot comment on how the Milwaukee brand has set up their Amazon account or how they authorize resellers to sell their products on Amazon.
I do wish you luck in gaining access to the appropriate contact at Milwaukee in order to be added to the brand as a reseller.

We can't and other Amazon sellers can't either. If we do that, we literally tell Milwaukee we are planning to sell on Amazon. It is against Milwaukee policy.
Therefore, those who sell on Amazon are already violating Milwaukee policy, so this indicates that this is a problem on the Amazon side and not Milwaukee.
We want to say that Amazon controls everything and that we cannot sell or apply only to Amazon now, since Milwaukee does not have any attitude to this.
Amazon has imposed restrictions, and there is no such thing and not a single seller can provide where it will be indicated that he can sell it on Amazon, he can only get permission to sell but it will not be indicated that on Amazon.
Therefore, with what we have come across then it's all on Amazon's side.

We have permissions to sell Milwaukee, but not on Amazon, because no one can get such permission, because it is against Amazon rules .

Just out of curiosity, aren't you concerned that violating Milwaukee policy will result in some type of adjudication with them or negative interaction with them?

Yes, that's a good question. But unfortunately Amazon won't let us sell Milwaukee any more, so I don't think it will come to that.
