This 'new' Amazon shipping is system is getting so old, we never used to have all these issues..
We've had the weekend issue for months ever since the 'new math' started for OTDR, requiring expedited shipping on all weekend orders since they don't count Monday as a handling day...now any shipment we get after 5 pm on weekdays requires us to ship expedited shipping just because the order came in after 5 pm, even if we ship IMMEDIATELY after we receive the order...I know Amazon has a 2pm or so deadline for FBA customers, if they order after that time then it's a day longer on the delivery date, I'm also an Amazon customer so I know this to be true....so why can FBM sellers have an order come in at 11:59 pm and still be counted as that days order thus requiring an expedited shipment that the customer did not pay for?
If Amazon programmers are incapable of having a cutoff time for order delivery dates then maybe give us back our global 2 day handling setting? We never were given a legit reason for them taking that away from us...
