Why is it that the seller's backend shows that the product is for sale, but they cannot find their own product on the front-end? What should be done

I understand you have an active listing showing in your Seller Central selling account. However, when you search for it on the store it does not surface.
Try some of the tips found in the help page I have linked above. There are millions of items for sale and it is impossible for a single search to return every product that meets those search terms.
