On January 31, 2025 I sent 100 units of my product to TMB8 and experienced a delay of almost 2 months on the receiving process. After much waiting, the shipment status was change to closed due to discrepancies on March 22, 2025, even though my carrier (DHL) had confirmed delivery with evidence on Feruary 3rd 2025.
Interesting thing was that Amazon did confirm delivery of the shipment by changing status to delivered around the same day. So even though they had my products on February 3rd, later they came and said they had received nothing...extremely disappointing and unbelievable!
I created a investigation case immediately and so far have not received a single satisfactory response 17461798561 for more than two weeks. Couldnt they at least have the decency to provide status report promptly?
It seems more people have suffered the same issue, so I would like to ask for advice on getting a reimburse or even suing Amazon. I would be happy to know if any of you went through the latter option.
