Orders that are popping up are timestamped 4h ago. So something is weird.

Amazon has probably thousands of servers, some of which are likely to be down at any time. Although a few should not affect things.
If you search for "down detector", you can find a site that will show you reported problems. And it looks like Amazon was doing a bit worse than normal this evening, although not terrible. Hopefully that means that customers were able to make orders, but it's not propogated through the system to show up to you.

us too. No sales from 4-6pm and very slow sales reporting after 6pm. So seems like a reporting lag. We are located on the West Coast.

More like Amazon is down people are not shopping and Amazon is targeting your better selling items with pricing errors trying to force you the sellers to basically put your items on sale to generate more transactional fees for amazon to take!
