It has been five days, and I am still unable to access the Amazon Advertising Panel. When I click on "Campaign Manager" under the Advertising section, I receive an error stating: "This page is not working right now. Advertising.amazon.in redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies."
I have already raised a ticket (ID: 10839666802) and followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including:
Clearing cookies and cache
Changing computers/laptops
Switching internet service providers
Unfortunately, nothing has worked. Additionally, I cannot access the Advertising Help Center—when I select my store name and country, no options appear for further assistance.
This issue is directly impacting my business, as my advertisements have stopped, leading to order loss. I am also receiving recommendations to extend the advertisement end date, but I am unable to do so due to the access issue.
I strongly believe this is a technical issue on Amazon's side. Please escalate this matter urgently, as I am incurring losses. Your prompt resolution would be highly appreciated.
