Stuck in Verification Loop After Support Instructions – Requesting Manual Review (@micah_amazon)

I'm reaching out to request support with a verification issue that has prevented me from launching my seller account under a U.S.-based business entity, J4FLEX LLC.

Originally, I created a personal seller account registered in Brazil. After formally establishing the LLC in the United States, I contacted Amazon Seller Support to ask about updating the entity information. I was informed that it was not possible to change the country of registration or convert the account from individual to business. The recommendation I received was to create a new account under the LLC, using a different email and phone number.

Following this instruction, I created a new account and submitted all required documentation. However, after several weeks without any update, I contacted support again. This time, I was advised to create another account under the same LLC, again using a different email and phone number. I followed this guidance as well, carefully reviewing the documents before submission.

Unfortunately, the verification was rejected without a clear explanation. The most recent message I received stated:

“We are unable to verify the documents you provided. As a result, you may not sell on Amazon. We cannot give you more information about this matter, and we may not reply to further emails about this decision.”

I now realize that these multiple overlapping attempts—made while trying to follow Amazon's own instructions—may have triggered automated flags or blocked further review.

I want to emphasize that I am a legitimate entrepreneur aiming to operate in full compliance with Amazon’s policies, through a professional and well-structured business. My LLC is in good standing, and I am fully committed to meeting all requirements. I have all documentation available and am ready to resubmit it or complete additional steps if needed.

My goal is simply to manage a single, fully verified seller account under J4FLEX LLC. I’d greatly appreciate any help you can offer, and I’m happy to share the relevant account details via private message if needed.

(Posting from my original seller account, used prior to registering the LLC, as my business account was blocked before verification was completed.)

Connor from Amazon here, the account you are posting from is active but needs to go through verification, so I want to ask, is this the account you want to use or another one you registered?

If you want to use another account I need support case IDs you submitted from them so that I can take a closer look at the issue on my end.
