Read onlyMy account has had an error message telling me to update my credit card information. When I click the button, it gives an error message. My card is valid and Amazon needs to try again and this error message doesn’t make any sense and I cannot access anything else. Please help as this is very urgent.
Are you using a valid credit card and not a debit card?
Thank you for your suggestion. I tried adding my credit card info on the buyer’s side 6 hours ago but it didn’t work. The most annoying thing is that’s there’s no specific email address to send an email to. Amazon needs to fix this. It’s been 4 days now.
