I GET NEGATIVE BULK FAKE REVIEWS FROM FAKE CUSTOMERS!!!
I've received over 10 1 star reviews in the last week!
I have written to these customers in the hope of a better understanding of their problem, but all my messages have gone unanswered. (Obviously!)
I then decided to check who else these buyers had left reviews for, and what kind of reviews. And what did I find? These customers had left ONE review, ONLY for my product!!!
I then checked when these orders were placed and they were all placed on 30th and 31st December 2024. This looks like deliberate repurchases of my product to leave negative reviews, ruin my rating and mislead other buyers and Amazon itself.
So you want me to believe that so many people have bought my product and left so many negative reviews at the same time? This is ridiculous!
I know how seriously Amazon takes fake buyer accounts, this is a blatant violation of amazon policy !!!!
How does something like this even get past the review verification system????

Search for similar cases here in the forum, go to "Discussions", use the search bar on top and the time filters on the left. Then you tag here a mod who could help in similar threads. NORMALLY, Amazon doesn't remove reviews but this seems to be an organized action. Probably from a competitor. The AI WILL remove these reviews and suspend any related seller account but this can take months or years, that's why tag a mod here.

I can relate guys because competition is so hard that people are resumed to beating other down or I would say that the market is oversaturated that others are willing to use below the belt methods without acknowledging that eveybody is just trying to make a living for themselves and family. This is not good people, this can lead to the other seller's account being closed indefinitely.

Are they actual buyer of your products? If not then simply report it as Fake reviews

You have first to create a case with seller support in your seller central and after having received an answer tag a mod here.

Send an email to the concerned team. Explain why you believe those 1 star reviews are fake. For example, the buyer post a review before he actullay received the product, the review doesn't match the product, the review contains insulting language, or the buyer account is fake. The concerned team may remove the review if they are convinced.
