Bad Reviews on Listing From Amazon Mistake
Has anyone had success getting reviews on a listing removed because of a mistake Amazon made? I had two Vine reviewers leave bad rating on my product because it took one month to arrive, but the shipping was on Amazon and not myself. They had the inventory at their warehouse, and they just would not ship it for whatever reason, even though it was listed in the system as ready to ship.

If the review is entirely about shipping, you can request to have it removed. If there is any mention about the product it might not be successful. Vine reviewers are sent a 1099 with the full retail price of all products, as if they were an employee making that as income, so I have found that most are businesses reselling products (though it is against the rules) - so I hope you are able to get this removed! Shipping time should not be a concern with a free product unless they are doing something against the rules with it.

Good Evening @Seller_fpfR8ctUmf8yb,
I took a look at the reviews that you mentioned which discussed shipping issues. While those reviews started discussing shipping issues, eventually the Vine Review did get into reviewing the product itself.
If you still believe the review is not valid, you may report possible violations of our policies, send email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
I would encourage you to watch the video -->HERE<-- which is an introduction to customer product review policies and read -->THESE<-- FAQs to learn more about customer product reviews.
Once you have checked out those resources, keep in mind that customer reviews help sellers understand the customers’ sentiment about their products, what features or aspects of the product customers like, and what areas need improvements. Reviews also provide sellers with ideas on how to improve their products so I'd recommend taking their feedback into consideration if you are open to making updates to the product, its packaging, the handling at time of shipping and more.
Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions with the feedback provided and have a terrific rest of your evening.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
