I am unable to edit my delivery window. The Calendar is all grayed out. I am well before the date of my initial delivery window. (window is Dec 24 - Jan 06) Today is Dec 15. It even says "This delivery window can be edited in the final step up to Dec 24, 2024"

Somehow, my delivery is 2 weeks (via international, sea) early which has never happened before and now am worried I will get an Amazon violation.

I contacted seller support with no use and they keep telling me to contact my carrier (which is UPS non partnered) ????? How will contacting them resolve my issue within my Amazon seller platform!?

Is anyone else’s inventory stuck right now?

I have two separate inventory where one is already with Amazon according to shipping company, but still no delivery update.

The other one is stuck at the US Port unable to get a delivery date!

The mess that sellers have to deal with is unbelievable!

Where to download On-Time Delivery Report (most up to date to current day)

If you download the report, its showing 2 weeks ago.

Is there a report you can download for every up until today or any other work around?

We got 4 ship days added to our entire store, but our OTDR is 93% but thats for the date range, 2 weeks ago
