I'm really trying to understand something on the OTDR report. So I ran a report this morning and the date range showing is Mar 8th - Mar 25th.
When I download the spreadsheet, I found 29 orders that were shipped out on time, but did not arrive by the promise date (without extension). None of these orders had a promise date extension.
All of these shipments had a promise date (without extension) from Mar 2nd - Mar 7th, and they were all delivered prior to Mar 8th, so my question is, why are they being held against us if they're before the start of the date range? What am I missing??
Now, after several cases, support keeps telling me that AHT was only recently enabled but after those orders in question. First, I don't understand why they're saying that, because it was enabled long before that.
Secondly, what would that have to do with it? I don't understand why there are 29 orders that were delivered after the promise date (without a promise extension), I'm not disputing that. The orders were all delivered before the start of the date range, so why are they even there in the first place, protection or not?
I'm so confused.
