I am having issues with Featured Offer Eligibility, sometime on the 22nd, it was switched to No for the electronics category, I tried making support cases, but that is getting no where, I tried using the chat twice, and each time the agent wants to try and update the ASIN categories to something else different than what it is.

they esclate it and i get a canned response, about how to win Buybox, which is not my issue I am not eligible for featured offer. I could be 200 dollars less than buy box and not get it, because I'm not eligible in the electronics category.
