Failed to create a product in the backend, and customer service has been unable to resolve the issue for over two months.

After registration, we are unable to create a brand and ASIN, which prevents us from listing our products. We are a manufacturing factory with international certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RoHS, Sedex, CE, and IATF 16949. However, since February 19, we have repeatedly reported the issue of being unable to create ASINs, but as of April 2, the problem remains unresolved.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and our account manager, the issue has not been resolved. We have worked closely with the local account manager to prepare and submit all necessary documents for review. All our documents are legitimate, and we have provided actual product photos. However, the Amazon backend continues to show an error when creating a product listing.

This situation is extremely unfair to us. We kindly request the review department to contact us for a reassessment. Thank you.
