Read onlyAmazon is reporting we have a non-compliant OTDR.
The data says it is for the period December 20th - Jan 2nd
But when we download the report (link on the same page), the orders on the report are mainly from early December to late December -- like December 12th-20th. Also the # of orders does not match up with the data being shown. Is anyone seeing this
Also it seems clear the issue with OTDR in the holidays started around December 18th -- we are in Connecticut and for orders on December 18th, Amazon "promised" customers they would have the item on the 19th -- 1 day delivery... which may be common under normal time period, but seems flawed to promise that in late December. It's highly unrealistic that USPS would have a one day arrival time at that time of the year.
Why doesn't Amazon automatically push out the delivery date a day during this time?

The On-Time Delivery Rate report covers a 14-day time window based on the promised delivery date. When I check current reports, the timeframe is: Promised Delivery Date : Dec 21, 2024 - Jan 3, 2025. Given that timeframe, the orders themselves would have been placed in the mid-December period you mention.
Only shipments that are "Delivered after the promised delivery date without a promise extension" are returned in the report. So if there are 50 OTDR compliant shipped units out of 60 total tracked units, the report will return details on the 10 non-complaint units.
