Hello everyone,
I'm currently dealing with a listing violation stating "Product Detail Page Rules Violation (Inaccurate information on product detail page)" where actions taken include "Product Description Removed" and "Bullet Point Removed". When attempting to edit the listing, I encountered a notification stating, "This SKU has an inconsistent product classification with the ASIN. Please submit a feed to update this SKU to match the ASIN product classification," preventing any edits due to the incomplete listing.
Besides, I also received violations for two ASINs, B0D8J6FSDD and B0D8J4RH14, which I have since deleted. How can I edit these when the ASINs no longer exist?
Could anyone advise on how to resolve this issue and remove the violation from my dashboard? Thank you.
Hello @Seller_8lbKVW3GI6MwM,
Thank you for posting your concerns regarding detail pages being removed.
As the guidance you received mentioned, you will need to utilize an inventory file or feed if you will to submit changes to the ASIN and ensure their compliance.
If you still wish to sell the ASIN or dispute the violation, you will need to follow the guidance in our inventory file help page and add the product back into the inventory with the corrections to the detail page, such as the description and bullet points you mentioned were removed.
If you have no intention of selling this product now or in the future, you may have an option to acknowledge the violation via the account health page after they were deleted. If this path is taken and accepted, the ASIN violation will be removed but can never be sold through your account again.
If your account is still active and you need additional guidance on utilizing an inventory file, you can reach out to our seller support teams via the help button for more guidance on the process.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
