I recently received a negative feedback claiming I sold the customer a counterfeit item after I charged them a restocking fee for returning the item late. Clearly this wasn't an issue when the product was sold, the buyer must've seen themselves being refunded less and decided to hurt our reputation on the platform out of spite. We're asking for the feedback to be reviewed and removed as this clearly violates some policy regarding feedback as it's not true nor informative at all.
