I wanted to bring to your attention that despite our continuous efforts and investments, we’ve noticed that the advertising costs and seller fees on Amazon have become disproportionately high. In fact, the amount we’ve spent on ads and fees has exceeded our total profit — resulting in significant losses for our business.

We truly value the Amazon platform and the visibility it offers, but at this point, it feels like we are paying much more than we are earning. Compared to this, investing the same amount in Google Ads is proving to be more effective and sustainable for us.

Kindly escalate this feedback to the higher management, including Mr. Jeff Bezos if possible, so that small and medium sellers like us can continue to grow without being burdened by such high costs.

We appreciate your time and hope Amazon can revisit its seller fee and ad policy structure for better mutual growth.
