Read onlyRecently we keep receiving stranded inventory warnings for existing active FBA ASINs. We have filed support cases, but only received (auto) replies suggesting us to create new listings because the SKU for the stranded inventory was different from the active one, although they have exactly the same ASIN and we had never created any different SKU for that ASIN, and we are the brand owner, and the only one who sell that ASIN. Then we checked the sellercentral again (see the attached screenshots), the "SKU" displayed there were a link to NULL. Could it be a BUG?
@Bryce_Amazon
post.if they use null most likely. Good luck
Hi there @Seller_Gq2Rk0R0t2rQ2,
In general the reason for the products displaying this way is that when received the products couldn't be tied to a specific SKU, possibly due to a labeling issue. I would recommend you reach out to Seller Support to assist in getting these units unstranded by making an active offer. If you have any difficulties provide your Case ID here and I will see what escalation options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.
