Read onlyDear Sir ,
I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing delays in receiving my FBA shipments. As a seller fromChina operating on Amazon US for the past three years, I have consistently relied on FBA to fulfill orders efficiently and provide a seamless customer experience.
However, over the past 10 days, I have encountered a perplexing issue where none of my FBA shipments have been received at Amazon FBA warehouses. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through Seller Support, I have only received generic system-generated responses that do not address the root cause of the delay.
As my business deals primarily with seasonal and festive products, this prolonged delay is having a devastating impact on my operations. The inability to fulfill orders during peak seasons is directly affecting my sales, revenue, and overall business health.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this urgent matter. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the cause of these delays and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Perhaps there is a specific issue affecting shipments from India, or there might be a temporary disruption in the FBA network.
Specifically, the following shipments have been delayed:
Small-parcel shipments FBA18V4HZPK9: Delivered on March 24th, 2025
These delays have resulted in an 50-60% drop in my sales, and with the holiday season approaching, I fear that the financial losses will be even more significant if my shipments are not resolved promp
