Seller Performance Account Team is REDICULOUS!
The Seller Performance Team Canada is FALSELY ACCUSING that my Canada Seller Account is somehow associated with a company called HAPPY HEALTHY LIVING. I have NO IDEA who this company is and I have submitted information and affidavits stating that I am not associated nor affiliated with this company. However, the Seller Performance Team CA is still stating that my business is associated and I need to provide proof or evidence otherwise.
No matter what information I submit, I am unable to make any headway. I would like to REPORT the Seller Performance Team Canada is making false accusation and will NOT provide me with the proof or evidence to counter this claim.

If you can not, then your remaining option is Arbitration as defined in section 18 of the seller terms of service.
