Read onlyI got this email "Hello , We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store." My account is new and i have perfect account health I don't have anything on health and my account has been deactivated for weeks and amazon says they cant tell me why because it is a "ongoing investigation" all they asked me to do was submit a utility bill with the information matching which it does and then they said they cant reactivated my account. I have no idea how to fix this and my lawyer is quoting me 2000 to try to fix it but i am a new seller and cant afford to pay one.

This particular situation is very serious, as this is also a rejection of your submission with this phrasing, we cannot guarantee the eligibility for reactivation.
This situations will have nothing to do with your account health or the rating. This is a concern of you, your business, and potentially any listings you may have added to your manage inventory at any point since its creation.
We will require as noted a valid utility bill and or business license, you can see our seller identity verification help page for more information on the requirements they need to meet. I can advise that the account information and the utility bill will need to reference the original account owners information and physical address. You will also be required to submit a government issued ID including front and back while also in color.
This will support the original concern with identity, as this situation also involves a supply chain review, if you listed any products including if they have already been deleted, we may require a valid invoice to show proof of purchase from a valid supply chain for the brand or products. If your products do have intellectual properties, or brands associated to them, we will require a letter of authorization to confirm you are an approved distributor for this brand.
When you provided your information, did it meet all of our listed requirements? As noted above, if the required documentation does not exist, or cannot be confirmed or verified, the account will not be eligible for reactivation. Additionally due to the nature of the situation, your submissions will be reviewed, but if they do not meet our requirements, we may not respond further.
