I'm reaching out to the current issue I have been having with my TRO being released but having no access to the Funds.
The case has been settled, received the Notice of Dismissal from the Court. The plaintiff confirmed contacting Amazon multiple times to lift the TRO and claims to have been notified by Amazon that the TRO was released on April 25th.
But repeatedly contacting Amazon to release the TRO and getting all the cases transferred and no response on those cases by Amazon, sending a mail copy of documents and sending a fax to Amazon and receiving no help, here I am looking for help and assistance.
2024.02.27 - Received TRO from the account team (we don't have any Infringement behavior from this account).
2024.0.28 - We signed the settlement agreement with the right owner
2024.04.03 - The plaintiff successfully withdrew the lawsuit.
2024.04.03 - Received the Notice of Dismissal of the case
2024.04.25 - Received an email from the Plaintiff that they were notified by Amazon that the TRO was released. (We were notified by Amazon on 5/17/24 that the account was released from TRO 24-cv-00907 on April 25, 2024. Amazon also clarified that there are additional legal holds on the account funds that are unrelated to our lawsuit. Please contact Amazon directly for assistance with the unrelated legal issues. Up to now, my account is still unable to withdraw funds.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue, I have no source to contact the Plaintiff's lawyers besides sending them emails, and they hardly ever reply or try to help.

This legal issue was resolved and notified with the case dismissal. The plaintiff confirmed the lift of the TRO from my account, but the funds are still reserved and no help is received from the Seller Support or the Amazon Legal Department.

I have also received a TRO complaint, so I wanted to ask whether you signed the agreement directly with the right owner or hired an attorney and how long it took to remove the TRO complaint.
Because I have also signed an agreement with the right owner and have sent the payment to him. It has been 45 days but they have not yet withdrawn the case.
We have encountered the same problem as you now, and we would like to know how you solved it later.
