We have recently contacted seller support to remove PWP (packed without protection ) on asin so the customer can get a product with the outer layer and not with the original box packaging.

As we aware amazon is shipping product without any outer layer under PWP WITH REASON OF (This item has been tested to certify it can ship safely in its original box or bag to avoid unnecessary packaging. Since 2015, we have reduced the weight of outbound packaging per shipment by 41% on average, that’s over 2 million tons of packaging material.)

I understand that you have contacted us regarding PWP removal for the ASIN

Upon investigation I have noticed that, 'Who Preps?' option under 'Fulfillment by Amazon Settings' is reflecting as 'Merchant'. Kindly change the setting to 'Amazon' and below are the steps on the same.

1. Click on Settings>Fulfillment by Amazon Settings.

2. Click on Edit under Optional Services

3. Select 'Amazon' against 'Who Preps?'

4. Click on update.

Basically this service is when we ship our products to fba they will place our product in poly bag with bubble wrap.

When we choose this service they will first prepare product by adding poly bag than store it to amazon warehouse so at the time of shipping which dimention will be consider for shiiping fees. orginal box product or product with poly bagwhich naturally add more shipping fees than regular.

Amazon FBA has wrongly calculated and updated our inventory in inventory page.

They have also attached diffrent wrong labels on top of our labels and blaming us for sending diffrent products agains diffrent SKUS. this issue is going on since 2 months, customer are complaining about recieving wrong sizes. we are getting lot of returns. even after raising n number of tickets this issue is still not resolved.

its a huge loss for us, also it is affecting our brand image. our sales have dropped drasticaly .

did't expected this type of service from Amazon.

I have received a order approx 30 in FBA but product is not shipped order is pending last 5 days, very slow service
