Hi Amazon support. I ve been registered Amz on summer 2024 All verified and all data was was set up. Until This winter was solving company creation , Vat, and etc. for Amz Usa and EU selling. In winter when logged my account the isuue was " Plz verify account again for long inactivity" - I verified one with charge method and business address ( ticket 16571873261) I asked Amz support how to set up EU account ( Amz global selling programme/Expand to EU)

I completed all steps and EU countries was opened for me to resell there. DE, UK, Fr etc.

In a few weeks later Amz send me message "second Amz account issue" please complete verification again!

-What second account I don't understand ? I just set up Expand to EU within Amz usa account on how Amz support advice me to do if I want sell globally

- I start verification again - the charge method than -ID and now Amz replied me " Some problems please upload ID of 180 days issued in 10 days or your account will be disabled "! What's going on? I should garbage my ID and I apply for a new one in order to Amz 3rd time during year very my account!?

1-To apply new ID is taking about 2-4 weeks due we have in Ukraine slow down government services because of war!

2- New ID will be having ogher number and dates of expiry and issue than old which data I applied on Amz during year and that was OK until now!!

Please help 🙏 that's going crazy
