Need Help with missing Units at AWD ?

Shipment created on Dec 30th below are the details :-

Shipment name: FBA ASDN (12/30/2024 05:21)-ORF2

ID: FBA18QBPXWKK

Created using :- Amazon distribution

Units Sent :- 60 and an investigation case was opened with case id:- 17274564971

Also at the same time, I have opened a new case ( 17289551581 ), where I requested seller support to refer my case to AWD team .

They are saying that AWD did not send all 60 units instead they have sent only 10 units, which later added to my inventory. But at the same time they said shipment was also cancelled.

If this is the outcome, then where are my 50 units which should reflect in my AWD inventory, which is not showing and nor showing any cancelled shipment from AWD as described by the seller support agent.

The seller support is just copy pasting their replies but failed to answer my question, where is the 50 units if AWD did not send . it should reflect in AWD stock but its not.

Please help me either getting those 50 units or I need reimbursement for that. Amazon has to take the accountability because AWD and FC both are yours.
