Amazon Seller Account Deactivated

Our account was deactivated. They said we are selling emissions tuners, which we are not. The account was deactivated and the reply is we need to update the product. You cannot update the product when your account is deactivated. How do we move forward or get a human on the phone since they keep replying with the same response, listed below.

Please note, Amazon extends this policy to product that are known to be used in an illegal fashion, even though they are not officially described as such (such as many removed "herb grinders" because they are considered drug paraphenilia...)

I am sorry, but Amazon says a lot they don't follow anymore. It has become pretty much impossible to come back from a restricted product suspension. Amazon has become a 0 tolerance company....As of last year, the only way to come back is to proof the suspension was in error...

Certain suspensions are permanent. Evidence that the suspension was wrong is the only way back. Anything that puts Amazons cash at risk is permanent.

The "ONLY" path is to show supporting documentation, and intended use of the product to verify this unit does not violate both our policy or the clean air act. At this time, updates to the listing would not grant any form of reactivation, at best this would correct a listing violation, but not the account. We need to verify with 100% certainty that the product listed, and detailed contributed were not in violation of this policy. If we identify that this was conducted, or contributions were made by your store and we can't verify compliance, I cannot guarantee the eligibility of reactivation.

As noted above, the best option in this situation would be to provide supporting documentation surrounding the intended and designed use of said product, along with pictures from all 6 sides of your product. This will include the top, bottom, left, right, front and back sides. Once submitted, it will be reviewed for compliance. If you have already done this, I would ask that you post your related case ID so I can look a bit further into the situation.

I am sorry, but Amazon says a lot they don't follow anymore. It has become pretty much impossible to come back from a restricted product suspension. Amazon has become a 0 tolerance company....As of last year, the only way to come back is to proof the suspension was in error...

Listing products on Amazon in a manner to avoid detection is considered evasive behavior. Evasive behavior does not have a path to reinstatement unless you provide valid proof of your adherence to all applicable laws and Amazon policies. To reactivate your seller account, submit evidence or documentation demonstrating that your account has not violated our Restricted Products policy.

Certain suspensions are permanent. Evidence that the suspension was wrong is the only way back. Anything that puts Amazons cash at risk is permanent.

Based on the notification you received, this is being identified as being evasively listed. This is considered a very serious situation. The "ONLY" path is to show supporting documentation, and intended use of the product to verify this unit does not violate both our policy or the clean air act. If we cannot verify compliance, the account will not be eligible for reactivation.

At this time, updates to the listing would not grant any form of reactivation, at best this would correct a listing violation, but not the account. We need to verify with 100% certainty that the product listed, and detailed contributed were not in violation of this policy. If we identify that this was conducted, or contributions were made by your store and we can't verify compliance, I cannot guarantee the eligibility of reactivation.

As noted above, the best option in this situation would be to provide supporting documentation surrounding the intended and designed use of said product, along with pictures from all 6 sides of your product. This will include the top, bottom, left, right, front and back sides. Once submitted, it will be reviewed for compliance. If you have already done this, I would ask that you post your related case ID so I can look a bit further into the situation.
