Amazon renewed application rejected with no explanation
Hi everyone,
I recently applied for the Amazon Renewed program and submitted all required documents, including an invoice that met the stated criteria. After a few days, I received an email saying my invoice was not acceptable since it was marked unpaid. I then provided additional proof to validate the invoice, but almost immediately, I received a message stating my application was rejected with no explanation and that I must wait six months to reapply. Can someone please help with this and provide some clarity?

Can you please provide me with the any support case IDs or the application so that I can take a closer look at it on my end. There can be an invoice issue or missing information that our support team wasn't able to validate.
