Read onlyI am a new FBA professional seller. I understand that there is no limit on the capacity for the first shipment (as stated in Amazon guide). However, while listing my product (which is a single product), I encountered a red warning line under "Number of Boxes" under "Offer". It states: "Maximum quantity allowed: 100 boxes."
My package dimensions are 22.8 x 8.2 x 12.2 inches, and each package weighs 9.9 pounds. I have a total of 1000 packages, which I plan to ship in 250 boxes (with 4 items per box).
Could you please provide any advice or solutions for this issue? (Note: I didn't create a shipping plan yet. Does it make any difference at that step?)
I am not able to answer your question but have another one: you created a new listing. It has zero reviews and zero ratings. How many offers do you see when going to amazon.com and typing its keyword? Are you sure that you want to send 1000 units traight away? do you know that you will have to pay huge storage fees?
On your place I would begin with 50 or 100 units to test the market.
Hello @Seller_FPqhIMccF4BJ4- and thanks for posting.
I can recommend following the Seller requirements for LTL, FTL, and FCL deliveries, to help create the correct designation of shipment for your items, as a single LTL shipment cannot exceed 5,000 boxes. To ship more than 5,000 boxes, you must create a second shipment.
Also relevant will be the Shipping and routing requirements! If you do still encounter issues after reviewing process guidance, connecting with our support team for more personalized troubleshooting might also be prudent!
Congratulations on the first shipment to FBA, and happy selling!
Best,
Danny
