What the actual ___ is this.

Our account has been inactive for at least a year now and we suddenly receive an email saying there was a sale.

So we try our best to fulfill the order but can't access the account. We try to reactivate it to fulfill the order but nothing happens so we reach out to Seller Support.

Seller Support via live chat was utterly useless.

They said that reactivating an account would take up to 48 hours to complete (some people on here haven't had success for weeks).

The order I have shows it needs to be sent out within 48 hours.

I ask seller support if they could cancel the order so the customer doesn't have to wait. They say no.

Then??

What is the purpose of the chat anyway?!

Not only that, the cherry on top is Seller support chat's audacity to end the chat first, after going around in circles with the same useless information.
