I received an email about a performance notice to verify identity a few days ago.

I followed the verify button and it leads me to my account info page with no indication on where to submit anything. And now my listed items are active but unavailable on the amazon site.

I was wondering if you could sent me a direct link, so that I can verify my identity.

My Account was deactivated in the United States but not in other countries. I get an email that is asking me to verify my seller identity . Each time I click the link in the email it sends me to a web page that does not let me verify my identity. I then get another email with the same request. Basically an endless loop. I can not contact support by chat because my account is deactivated. Any help appreciated.

Hi, My seller's account has been deactivated and I need to verify my identity by none of the links Amazon sends me allow me to continue the verification process. Where can I find the correct link?
