Please Help! Continual Brand Registry Rejections
I keep getting "This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (for example: tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form."
I've uploaded countless pieces of documentation proving I own both the TM and business. I have uploaded our TM receipt, EIN, business license, business entity documentation from the secretary of state. Literally countless documents and I literally don't know how I can prove I own both the TM and business anymore than I have already?

Generally speaking, when receiving a rejection for the reason you mentioned here, there are a few possibilities but ultimately ladder up to whatever documentation you are providing is not matching with what is on the USPTO website.... more specifically, the Current Owner(s) Information that is in the status tab of your TM on USPTO.
You are not alone, there have been a lot of other sellers with the same questions so a new help page was developed: Brand Registry application business information.
If this doesn't clarify what is needed, please provide the appeal case ID and I will be able to review .
