Anyone know how to set up an effective ad campaign? I have done a few and I don't think I'm doing it correctly. It's very confusing and I'm having a hard time figuring out what's what. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

There are some decent YouTube videos that show how to set up campaigns.
More relevant to this forum is your Amazon detail page. You can have a crack agency set up your ad campaign, but if it's sending people to a dud listing page, it's hopeless.
Images, title, pricing relative to competition, availability, reviews, A+ content, etc. will determine whether clicks will convert into sales. Better conversion rate means more sales, and less money spent on ads.

Amazon's answer will be to spend more money. That is a bad idea. Find a professional that can help you and do this right over time. It takes time to refine an add campaign. Do not let anyone tell that it is a "fire and forget" option.
