Request for Update on Account Validation for Selling on Amazon.ca
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am writing to inquire about the ongoing validation process for my Selling on Amazon.ca account. In my Account Info, I have been seeing the following message for over a week now:
"Your Selling on Amazon.ca account information is currently being validated.
Please note: To complete the validation for your Selling on Amazon.ca account, we may require additional information from you. We will contact you via Seller Central, email and performance notifications."
I have already submitted all the required information and documents as requested during the registration and verification process. However, it has been several days, and the message remains unchanged, with no further updates or specific requests from Amazon regarding additional information.
Could you please check the status of my account validation and let me know if there is anything else I need to provide to complete the process? I would appreciate any guidance or next steps to resolve this issue and begin selling on Amazon.ca as soon as possible.

Connor from Amazon here, I've looked at your account in our internal system and everything looks fine.
The banner can take couple of days to go away, however your US, CAN and MX marketplaces are fully active and you are ready to sell.
Let me know if you are running into any issues.
