AMZ Grossly unfair to Chinese sellers

【Important news】 Due to Amazon system failure, cause huge losses, apply for order compensation.

Due to the Amazon system failure, I lost a huge amount, losing $30,000 in 5 minutes.

Due to Amazon's system failure, I suffered a lot of losses. (Scheduled Maintenance Coming Soon Please note that on 2/10 (Asia Pacific), 2/17 (Europe), 2/18 (Americas) at 12:00PM PST, we will perform scheduled maintenance on the system, which takes approximately 3 hours. During this time, you will not be able to access the features related to the coupon. Plan accordingly for any updates you want to make to your coupon. Thank you for your patience and understanding. )

Due to Amazon's system failure, 500 orders of my products were purchased for 0 yuan, and I lost 30,000 US dollars. (Using two promotions, stacked, 500 orders were purchased for 0 yuan.) 2023/02/15 Coupon i.e. a purchase discount and a coupon). It hurts a lot, and that's important to me. If not effectively addressed, it will be a serious injustice to Chinese sellers.

(Customer service reply: Amazon Seller Support no longer helps sellers cancel FBA orders.) This news was never notified to Amazon sellers, which is unfair. )

COUPONS have historically led to many seller losses due to incorrect setup. You would appear to be yet another victim of you own coupons and your lack of ability to properly set them up! Blaming AMAZON is very misplaced as you are responsible not AMAZON for properly setting up your coupons. You could have limited your losses if you did not allow so much inventory to be available for purchase under the same promotion. This is why coupons are extremely risky for FBA sellers as their inventory is not able to be restricted in quantity available for purchase.

Fact of the matter is that Amazon placed Chinese sellers way ahead of American sellers on the American market.

Chinese sellers who were shipping from China got the buy box because they were able to sell for a low price since the USD is much stronger the the Chinese Yuan.

Catch was that the delivery time was several weeks ahead while the US sellers shipment would arrive in 2 to 3 days.

How was that fair?

Amazon is grossly unfair to Chinese sellers? Is this a joke statement? Are you kidding? No, you have it backwards. Amazon loves Chinese sellers! They bend over backwards to give you guys the upper hand and cater to you guys! Don't come to the US Amazon marketplace and cry for fair treatment when you are being given all the advantages.

Amazon has been ignoring IP law for chinese sellers, ind also ignoring its own policies.. for years. Before the new forums came about, there were 10-20 chinese companies coming on here and openly complaining about hijacked listings for counterfeit toys and jewelry... amazon did nothing. Its still all listed too.

Not only that, but there are so many subsides in place that take US taxpayer money and use it to keep sending knockoffs and e-waste to the US to sell via FBA or direct.

I wouldnt look for too much sympathy here.

This doesn't sound like it targeted any sellers, China or otherwise. If coupons were set up incorrectly, anyone could have been hurt.

It does sound like AZ gave a warning.
