HELP ! The shipment will not be on the shelves for 1 and a half months after delivery!!
Dear bloggers,
I need your help very much, I have 4 shipments from AWD warehouse to 4 different FBA warehouses on June 2nd, and now it is July 16th, 3 of them showed registered status on June 5th and have not received them for 1 and a half months. The other one is still in transit since it was sent out on June 2, so what goods in the United States need to be sent from one warehouse to another in one and a half months, will it not be delivered?
I implore you to step in and push the FBA team to list those 3 shipments that have already arrived at the warehouse and have been registered as soon as possible. and investigating the shipment that was not delivered and was still in transit.
I've been out of stock for over 10 days!!!

I reviewed the Case ID and the four shipments with receiving discrepancies you listed in the below thread.
First: I recommend reviewing the Track your shipments: Shipping Queue and shipment summary help page. You can track your shipment information in Shipment events tab on the shipment summary page. It provides step-by-step updates about shipments from creation to closing, giving you better visibility into the status of your inventory.
After we have confirmed receipt of all units, or your shipment has been open for more than 90 days, the status will change to “closed.” If there are quantity discrepancies, you can request investigation and reconcile your shipment. On the help page linked, you can check if your shipment is eligible for investigation. This is also available on the Contents tab of the Shipment summary page.
