Missing Featured Offer for My Listing – Need Assistance!
Hello Amazon Seller Community,
Im reaching out because I’ve noticed that my listing is missing the "Featured Offer" on my product page, even though I’ve been meeting all the necessary requirements to be eligible for this. My product is eligible for the Buy Box, but the Featured Offer just isn’t showing up anymore, and I’m unsure of what caused this change.
I’ve checked my pricing, stock levels, and overall product health, and everything seems fine. I haven’t made any significant changes to my account or listing recently.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have advice on how to resolve this? Could it be related to changes in Amazon’s algorithms or something I need to fix in my account settings?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Buy box is not given even if you are the only seller on a product, or have the best price.You need to have sales history and even that, goes for each category separately.

The Featured Offer system is something that can't be guaranteed on a listing, even if it was held previously. You might be interested in this recent post from the forums team on such situations, which carries resources and possible actions. It may also be prudent to connect with seller support to understand if any issues are at hand, or if this is standard behavior when multiple sellers list against an item.
