ASIN has been identified as a restricted product

Hi @CR_Amazon,

How are you? Hope you are doing well.

Sorry to bother you again, attached case ID and ASIN as following information:

  • Case ID: 15510629641
  • ASIN: B0D5BBS6F9

There are 2 issues with this ASIN:

1. Yesterday we would like to edit the listing, however it shows "You need approval to list this ASIN." as you can see in the attached screenshot.

img

We opened a case and the seller support team said that we have to wait for 5 days, but in the 5 days the case will be closed and we will need to open another case, which is a waste of time.

Even if we have tried the Amazon's instructions, it is just shows "Not available", we are unable to make further updates.

(Although we cannot edit the listing in backend, this product still can be seen in frontend.)

2. Another question is, currently, this product is still being received by FBA, but it shows 1 piece already has been used. (as shown in the screenshot above)

Here is the inventory management page:

The inventory quantity displayed in the above 2 pictures are different. The quantity we shipped to FBA is 20 pieces, we don’t know why it is displayed as 21 units on the Inventory Manage Page, and 19 pieces in the FBA Inventory.

We need your help to resolve this issue, hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks and best regards,

Hi @ariuna,

Thanks for letting us know about this. I've reviewed the details for case 15510629641 and see that is currently pending Amazon action in which they are looking into this issue. Please allow the team more time to conduct their research and get back to you in the case.

If you see that the case resolves and you still need help, please let me know here and I'll take a further look.

Have a great day.

- Manny
