mods help please!! missing FBA shipment.

FBA received our carton but missing every item(320 units) in it. Seller support said We have completed an additional check in response to your request. We have no record of receiving the following expected items. it is impossible unless we sent an empty carton to them which we didn't. We would like reimbursement.

@Seller_Mqe7GhXz1M3u9 can you please reply to the case including your POD with the expected/delivered weight so I can try to escalate on your behalf? I'm seeing the invoice but no POD(s) in the case log.
