INACCURATE DELIVERY AND VALID TRACKING STATUS

I would like a moderator to take a look and fix our accounts on time delivery and valid tracking status.

As far as on time delivery goes, I may be flexible to understand that there might be some issue with the carriers. I checked on all of them and about 8% of the tracking activities says " delayed in transit" which we had no hands. I understand there is weather issue. However, when it comes to valid tracking, I am not willing to accept that because we purchased all the shipping label from Amazon. We do not purchase shipping label from other source to prevent a-z claim or chargeback claim. So, i would like a moderator to address the issue and fix it so that we do not get dinged on our account. Thank you

Yes, we opened case, as usual the case was closed giving us a scripted answer without even looking further. Thank you for your response
