I have created a case ID: 15162627401
The customer returned the item because the item was damaged during FBA courier transit. I did a removal order and have pictures in the case file of the lid of the product damaged while still in an unopened plastic wrapper. If the customer did open the item then used the item then I understand I do not qualify for a reimbursement. However, I believe this was not the case.
I have also included an image of the packaging with the tracking number.
Does this not fall in Amazon's policy for reimbursement?
Please let me know what else I can do?
