Read onlyHi everyone,
Based on the 'Peak readiness and timelines for FBA capacity limits' recent communication and 'FBA peak readiness playbook', Amazon FCs will shift focus to processing customer orders in November-December, and 'there will be limited slots to accept new shipments at our fulfillment centers during this time'.
I'm struggling to get a clear understanding of this vital message for the proper busy season planning.
Based on your experience and knowledge, what do 'limited slots to accept new shipments' exactly mean?
Thank you for your feedback!
Hello @Seller_rsphq7X7pXC92 The above forums post has suggestions about inbounding your inventory in order to maximize sales for Black Friday/Cyber Monday and beyond.
"This year, Black Friday is November 29. To be sure that you don’t miss out on your products being Prime badge-ready for Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals, plan to inbound your inventory to Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) distribution centers by October 19th. This will enable you to maximize sales and help minimize any potential delays or stockouts during the busiest shopping season of the year."
