Read onlyIt is possible you may encounter challenges around shipping, either with customers or carriers. A great way to protect your business from possible negative customer feedback or A to Z Guarantee claims is with Buy Shipping Services.
With Amazon's Buy Shipping services, you can buy shipping labels individually or in bulk, while automating shipment confirmation and valid tracking in Seller Central. Buy Shipping ensures that your products are delivered to your customers using a trusted network of shipping carriers.
Buy Shipping Services help safeguard your performance metrics!
Negative Customer Feedback: If you ship on time with tracking via Buy Shipping, and the buyer leaves seller feedback solely related to delayed or undelivered packages, you can request to have the feedback reviewed. If approved, the impact of the feedback is removed from your Order Defect Rate, and the buyer’s comment will display with a strike-through and the statement: The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller.
A-to-z Guarantee claims: If you purchase Amazon's Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Amazon will cover the cost of these claims and they will not affect your Order Defect Rate.

Amazon Buy Shipping Protections
Might as well add the instructions for how to protect yourself against late deliveries by carriers and your OTDR metrics, since those will now be a suspendable offense.
You will be required to:
use Amazon Buy Shipping (ABS),
with Automated Handling Time (AHT) enabled,
and Shipping Setting Automations (SSA) enabled,
AND will only apply to "Standard Shipping" orders
IN SHORT: the new OTDR protection requires you MUST buy your shipping labels through Amazon and allow Amazon to dictate how fast you produce your product to ship out AND how fast your packages deliver... if you don't want to be suspended for carriers delivering late even though you did your job and shipped out on time.
