Reason for rejection:
The documents provided are not acceptable for Brand Registry. The images should not be computer generated and must be of the physical product you intend to sell on Amazon. We ask that you submit at least one image of your product or product packaging as part of the application. The submitted pictures will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application, and customers will not have access to them.
The pictures were indeed taken with a phone’s camera, and the brand logo is sewn on the product and cannot be removed permanently. I want to know why the review team still thinks my pictures are computer generated, I did not use that, and I also took the product in my hand to take the picture

Hi @Seller_JRp7P51D2wQln
I chatted with the Brand Registry team on your application since I wanted another perspective.
They agreed with the brand name sewn on the product seems a bit sewn on after production, but It also seems like you also attached a gif of some sort.
For the next application, could you reapply without that one and only the regular images?
Sandy
