Read onlyI recently received 1-star rating on some of my new listings. And the customer didn't leave any comment just a rating. I know some competitors love to do this to lower your rating and sales. How could I find out which order/customer left the rating? And how could I remove it if that's coming from a competitor?
I tried my best to protect my listing, I enrolled Vine and actively requested reviews for orders but I still don't have enough reviews for a new listing to prevent rating drop. It's ridiculous that I had 48 customer reviews and my rating was maintained at 4.9 then one 1-star rating came and the rating just dropped to 4.7. Another listing has over 10 reviews with 5 star ratings all the time then it got one 1-star and one 2-star rating without any comment. The listing rating dropped to 4.3 immediately and doesn't have any sales for almost 2 weeks.
How can we prevent this from happening to sellers?
I tried to find the order from the Customer Reviews dashboard. But it doesn't show the orders without the comment. This really bothers me and affects my sales.
