Need Customer Review Removed (Feedback already removed b/c it violated Amazon)

Hello, I received negative feedback last week, which I was successfully able to have removed by Amazon b/c it violated Amazons policies.
They proceeded by leaving a 2-star rating. I need this removed, based on the fact that Amazon already removed their feedback, deemed they violated Amazon rules. Can someone PLEASE help me.

One screenshot shows ratings and reviews. The second screenshot shows the feedback and it was correctly stroken through because that is a product review and has nothing to do with the delivery. BUT - since it's really talking about the quality its correct place is under the product page as review or rating.
Amazon will not remove the rating. They removed the feedback because THERE it was not on the right place. The right place is correctly where it's now.
