    Title Edits and Item Hilight Not Being Changed On the Amazon Customer Side

    I have been rewriting my titles and adding highlights per Amazons new shortened length standards, however my edits which are saved on the backside (my side seller central) are not showing on the front side of amazon to the customer.

    I have opened a case: 20834116451

    I can't help but wonder if this is part of the remnants of the reclassification.

    @Christine_Amazon@Roberto_Amazon @KJ_Amazon - Can ya'll help please?

    Is anyone else having issue with the edits you make on the backend showing up on the front end?

    THis is going to be a very long process if what I change doesnt work

    It's the same for me. I suspect it's because I didn't register the trademark and brand, so Amazon determines that all the products I previously listed under those Brand Registry exemption program don't belong to me. As a result, even though I've edited and saved the product information, the listing details still don't update on the product page.

    I haven't been able to edit or update my product's A+ content for 7 months, if I even cannot edit all the title and Bullet Points, it would be my nightmare.
