I have an AWD shipment note, which shows that it was delivered on 10/04. Now it's 11/12. This was delivered before the 10/4 deadline and I need the equipment! I contacted CS, but I got nowhere. I have contacted AGL - they are "investigating" whether the shipment was shipped using Amazon.

In the investigation of the Amazon case and AWD staff, they have been asking me to wait. The product has been out of stock for a month now, and I am afraid that there will be no product sales on the Black Five network, which is a great risk of lagging sales. What should I do?
