Hi @Michelle_Amazon saw your responded to @Seller_ibfHaqYu3E9Fq a while back about unmerging the ASIN.
This product is a walking boot and Amazon at some point decided that 2 of the ASINs are the same product while they're different in size (Medium / Medium Comfort). We've reached out to the seller support and have gone back and fort many times with them but they just seem to keep avoiding the question or they just have no idea what to do. They kept asking for the same screenshots over and over again even though not only we provided the screenshots when we initially created the case, we included the screenshots every single time we respond back to the case so at this point we just don't think they're capable of helping us

2 of our ASINs (different SKU, different UPC) got merged out of nowhere causing one of the ASIN (that was removed due to the merge) to have stranded inventory. We have tried creating a new listing under the removed ASIN/UPC but it kept changing back to the other ASIN that the listing got merged to.
You can clearly see that the on of the ASIN has a different UPC internally (above the attribute box) than the one we created with (in the attribute box) which makes no sense as this is not the attribute that we can change after we first create the listing. Please help.
Hi @Seller_ADiYqjF9ggA9x,
Thanks for posting to the Forums. I've reviewed the details of case 16950674281, and see that Seller Support was able to make the requested updates to the ASINs, so you should be good to go.
Regards,
- Manny
